how to make your own acai bowl!

okay guys, HERE IT IS!  the eezy-breezy super simple ACAI BOWL recipe that will tickle your tastebuds through summer ☀️

to be completely honest, this was my first time making MY OWN acai bowl as i would normally just buy it from a cafe but i thought it would be fun to customise my own and have some fun with it.

i used TROPEAKA acai berry powder and a little bit of BERRY BAE’s bilberry powder but feel free to use any brand you like or get those frozen ones from health food stores 😊 i also topped it up with my fave fruits as well as some LOVING EARTH choccies 🙊

INGREDIENTS 🍓

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp chia/flax seeds (or any seeds of you like)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen medium banana
  • 2 tsp ACAI berry powder
  • 1/2 tsp BILBERRY powder

METHOD ⭐️

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend away! Make sure it is a thick consistency.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Add toppings.
  5. ENJOY!
  6. ….. easy as that 😄
