okay guys, HERE IT IS! the eezy-breezy super simple ACAI BOWL recipe that will tickle your tastebuds through summer ☀️
to be completely honest, this was my first time making MY OWN acai bowl as i would normally just buy it from a cafe but i thought it would be fun to customise my own and have some fun with it.
i used TROPEAKA acai berry powder and a little bit of BERRY BAE’s bilberry powder but feel free to use any brand you like or get those frozen ones from health food stores 😊 i also topped it up with my fave fruits as well as some LOVING EARTH choccies 🙊

- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp chia/flax seeds (or any seeds of you like)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen medium banana
- 2 tsp ACAI berry powder
- 1/2 tsp BILBERRY powder
- Combine all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend away! Make sure it is a thick consistency.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Add toppings.
- ….. easy as that 😄
